caramel crunchies

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup water
Instructions
  1. prepare a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. in a small sauce pan, heat the sugar and water. do not stir. once the mixture has turned a dark amber color, pour on to parchment paper. once hardened, break apart.
