peel the banana and place on a cutting board. slice the banana in even slices, about ¾" in length.
once the banana is sliced, it's time to add the toppings. i like to make sure the slices are flush together while i add the toppings, and then space them out afterwards (food stylist at heart)
there is no real technique here, just have fun :)
