coconut & mango banana bread

Ingredients
  • 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon macadamia nut liquor (you can substitute vanilla extract)
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup diced mangoes
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until just combined.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased bread pan.
  4. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until center is set and top is golden.
