It&#8217;s still pretty cool!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-826\" src=\"https:\/\/themodernbarista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/wmvia1.jpg\" alt=\"white mocha via latte cupcakes\" width=\"800\" height=\"531\" srcset=\"https:\/\/themodernbarista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/wmvia1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/themodernbarista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/wmvia1-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\" data-rating=\"0\">\t<link itemprop=\"image\" href=\"https:\/\/themodernbarista.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/tmb_wmvia.jpg\" \/>\n<div class=\"item ERName\">White chocolate mocha VIA latte cupcakes<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Author: <span class=\"author\">Jocelyn Freeman<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">12<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4oz white chocolate (chips or bar)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup butter, softened<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 stick Starbucks VIA Latte, white mocha flavor<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 cup flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup whole milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">White chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat oven to 350 and line cupcake pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Over a double boiler melt white chocolate bar and set aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a large bowl sift together flour, salt, and baking powder.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a stand mixer combine butter, sugar and VIA until fluffy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add eggs one at a time, beat for 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate until well combined.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Slowly incorporate dry ingredients and mix for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Fill cupcakes 2\/3 full. Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top of the batter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bake for 20 minutes.
